She was married since 20 years. Her menstrual cycles were regular 3/30-35 days |

On clinical examination she was thin built with avg. height & systemic examination was normal. |

In 2004 - her Diagnostic laparascopy was done and it revealed normal pelvic findings with Bilateral parent tubes. |

Husband was 49 years Male Avg. built & past H/O alchohol consumption. |

His clinical examination was normal but had very low sperm count. |

| |
IVF (Test Tube baby) was due in the month of September 2005. But it failed. |

In Dec. 2005 (after 2 months) - Frozen embryos were transferred and she became pregnant |

Throughout the pregnancy for nine months - she had no problem. We were closely monitoring her ante natally |

She delivered a very cute baby girl by caesarian section. |

Her clinical examination, laproscopy and Sonography were all normal. |

Her Husband had bilateral varicocoele and was operated in 2002 for the same. |

He had moderate oligospermia. |

TESA was done on 1st Oct. 2006 , followed by ICSI. |

Embryo Transfer was done on 3rd day. |

Her Urine Pregnancy Test was positive after 15 days. She is carrying well with no problems. |

Her clinical examination and al other investigations were normal. |

Her Husband's semen count was normal but with poor motolity. (asthenozoospermia) |

Patient had repeated failures with IUI cycles. |

Hence decision for doing ICSI was taken. She conceived with very 1 st attempt of IVF. |

On Sonography, she was found to have triplets. Fetal deduction of one embryo was done with specialized technique. |

She had incompetent OS cenical stitches were taken of 16 weeks of gestation. |

After 9 months she delivered two male babies weighing 2.8 kg and 2.6 kg. |
